High above the rooftops of Erfurt, the Erfurter Winterberg takes shape on the eastern terrace of the Petersberg, featuring an open-air ice rink. Around the ice surface, which measures 15 by 30 metres, several wooden huts serving warm food and drinks form a wintry village. The dining areas offer a wide view across the city.
