The Grootste Kerstmarkt van het Oosten (largest Christmas market in the east) stretches across the shopping streets of central Arnhem, including Koningstraat, 7straatjes and Jansplein. Several hundred stalls offer accessories, clothing, jewellery, food and Christmas gifts. Festive lighting, live music and the scent of mulled wine and hot chocolate set the mood. The market draws thousands of visitors each year.
