The Rock Art Festival is a one-day indoor festival at the Tuchfabrik in Trier that combines local, national and international rock and metal bands with art from the scene. On the Friday, admission is free for the newcomer contest "ROKKS!", where young bands introduce themselves. The festival proper follows on the Saturday, this time as a Halloween edition with matching bands, an art exhibition, walking acts and decoration.
