At the Passau wine festival in the Klostergarten (monastery garden), fine wines can be sampled, accompanied by regional Schmankerl (local delicacies) and musical entertainment. On Saturday afternoon, the Passauer Weinkönigin (Passau wine queen) is chosen. Various wine bars and exhibitors provide the culinary offering.
