On the second Saturday in August, Oberstdorf's local clubs transform the Kurpark (spa gardens) and the parish garden into a colourful festival ground with two stages. On offer are live music, a children's programme featuring duck fishing, laser biathlon and a bouncy castle, as well as food and drinks. The festival's motto is 'Ein Dorffest - zwei Bühnen' (one village festival - two stages).
