Carnival festivities on the Viktualienmarkt on Faschingsdienstag with the traditional Tanz der Marktfrauen. The Marktfrauen dance in costume in front of their stalls, accompanied by an appearance from the Prinzenpaar of the Narrhalla. The free spectacle is a highlight of the Munich Fasching.
