On the Domplatz (Cathedral Square), nurseries and traders from Erfurt and Thuringia offer everything for autumn and winter planting of gardens, balconies and terraces. The market is complemented by a farmers' market with regional fruit and vegetables as well as Thuringian sausages from the charcoal grill. The market's name goes back to Ceres, the Roman goddess of agriculture. Live music and a children's program accompany the market weekend.
