The Lichter der Neustadt is an alternative Weihnachtsmarkt in Bremen's Neustadt district, organised by KulturKraken e.V. Between the bremer shakespeare company and the Südbad, a festive mood combines with art, culture and music. At stalls that change daily there are handmade gift ideas and culinary offerings; admission is free.
