At Boxhagener Platz, the development-focused World Festival merges with the Friedrichshain Soup Festival to create a colorful neighborhood celebration. Numerous stands offer soup creations on a donation basis, plus live music on multiple stages, information booths from neighborhood initiatives, and a children's program.
