Bamberger Sandkerwa

One of Bavaria's largest and most famous folk festivals, originating from the church dedication festival of the Sand church St. Elisabeth. Celebrated in the narrow lanes of the Sand district with Franconian specialties and the traditional Fischerstechen. The 76th Sandkerwa takes place Thursday through Monday.
