TypeChurch / parish fest

St. John the Evangelist parish, founded by German Catholic settlers from Osnabruck, holds a weekend church festival each fall with parish dinners served on both days. It is a smaller, congregation-run event distinct from the town-wide Delphos Canal Days celebration held earlier in the season. The festival has run for well over a century under the parish's own organization.
