The Carnaval in Tilburg, which during Carnival is known as “Kruikenstad”, is a multi-day public festival across the whole city. The highlight is the large street parade D'n Opstoet, one of the best-attended processions in the Netherlands. In the town centre people celebrate with music and in costume.
