Het Nationale Vuurwerk is the largest New Year's Eve firework display in the Netherlands and is set off over the Erasmusbrug in Rotterdam. As the year turns, spectators gather on the quays, including the Boompjeskade, to watch the spectacle. Music and screens along the banks accompany the show.
