Bevrijdingsdefilé Eindhoven

On 18 September each year, Eindhoven commemorates its liberation in the Second World War. On the Stadhuisplein there is a memorial ceremony and the lighting of the liberation fire, followed by a torchlight procession through the centre. The Stichting 18 September organises the commemoration in honour of the victims and the Allied liberators.
