On this day, the 7 straatjes (seven little streets) in the center of Arnhem turn into the Montmartre of Arnhem. The shop windows and alleys are lavishly decorated with flowers in the Parisian style. Visitors can expect a French ambience with evocative chansons, portrait artists and terraces. Admission is free.
