A vibrant multicultural community carnival on Oxford's Cowley Road, one of the city's most diverse districts. The event features a costumed procession, live music, dance, world food and market stalls celebrating the area's many cultures. After recent interruptions it is set to return as a focused community event in the autumn ahead of plans for a full-scale relaunch the following year.
