Manchester Village Pride is an LGBTQ+ celebration centred on the city's Gay Village around Canal Street, run by a community-owned organisation. The programme spans the August bank holiday weekend with a parade through the city centre, live performances across multiple stages and a candlelit vigil. It is the successor to the long-running Manchester Pride and raises funds for LGBTQ+ charities and grassroots groups.
