Diwali Day celebrations return to Leicester's Cossington Recreation Ground in the Belgrave area, long associated with the city's Diwali festivities. The free family event features stage performances, food stalls, arts and crafts and a children's funfair. The illuminated Wheel of Light and rangoli artworks are displayed on and around Belgrave Road. There is no public fireworks display.
