Scotland's leading jazz festival and one of the largest in Europe, held across Edinburgh in July. The programme features more than a hundred concerts spanning traditional jazz, blues, swing and contemporary styles, staged in concert halls, clubs and a festival marquee. It opens with carnival and street events in the city centre.
